Accounting Division Responsibilities
The Accounting Division is responsible for record keeping of all financial transactions of the town; processing of all bills, warrants, receipts, payroll, and ledgers; and supplies departments with financial reports and payroll information.
The Accounting Division ensures the town is in compliance with generally accepted accounting principals, federal and state laws, and town meeting authorizations.
