Town Wide Marketing Plan

This was one of the Select Board's goals for this upcoming year. The Town of Billerica during the last fiscal year saw record breaking new growth. With data storage facilities, GMP Buildings, and Bio-Medical Facilities the Town's commercial sector is expanding. Throughout Billerica their are multiple underutilized properties and lots of office space. The way the world is trending the Town want's to make sure that GMP and Bio-Medical companies know they have a home here. If you don't want to be in Cambridge - Billerica is the place to be! The Town has been told that the workforce in the area is excellent and a great location due to multiple points of access off of route 3. This marketing plan will help the Town convey our strengths to these companies and many others that are looking to find a home here.
