Town Playgrounds

Certain Town Playgrounds could use either minor repairs or a small update. One item that comes up repeatedly is the need for swings at PHR. With most of the park being updated this would be a great addition. The Town was also recently alerted that the slides at Kids Konnection needed some repairs. These funds would be appropriated towards some of these items.
