What is required to put a shed on my property?

Permits are required to construct a shed on a property.  Any shed with a gross square footage of 100 or less may be placed in the side or rear yard of a lot with a 7’6” side set-back and 10’ rear set back.  Shed with a gross square footage over 100 square feet require a 15’ side set-back and 20’ rear set back.
